Inspired by the Kromski Prelude, the Interlude features the same exceptional craftsmanship and intricate woodturning that have become synonymous with Kromski products. One notable upgrade is the addition of extra bobbin storage on the built-in lazy kate, accommodating a total of three bobbins. Like most Kromski wheels, this single-drive, single-treadle wheel offers a wide range of speeds and ratios, allowing spinners to achieve diverse results when factoring in variable whorls and optional Jumbo Flyers. The Jumbo Flyer kit enhances a spinner’s creative possibilities in two key ways. First, the larger orifice allows for spinning a wide range of yarns, from delicate lace-weight to super bulky art yarn.
